Most of my life has been living & working in the Wonderful Rural Communities of Northern Idaho and the NW Corner of Montana.   My family spends much time outside enjoying boating, camping, fishing, hunting, skiing, hiking, floating the rivers, checking out local gigs and giving back via community volunteer services and improvement projects.  I was raised in family owned businesses and all 4 of us kids worked and cross trained in those various businesses so we could jump in to help each other out if needed.  We each needed to be responsible for our jobs/chores so we could rely on the work getting done well.  This provided me with a strong work ethic, respect for my co-workers, understanding of my customers, and genuine desire to help.   My father taught us polite customer service and that if we don't have it we will help you find it.  And, I bring this forward to my clients today.
