Lunch and Learn at Shoshone Medical Center

Join us for a FREE educational Lunch and Learn on how to prevent falls to stay injury-free and independent.  A representative from our Physical Therapy team will be there to speak about preventing falls and our Fitness Center will take you through a demonstration of simple things you can do at home to improve strength and balance.  Caregivers welcome!  RSVP is required.

The SMC Community Outreach Center at 9 Country Club Drive in Smelterville, Idaho

WHAT IS THE GOAL OF THE EVENT?
Community outreach to the Silver Valley with health education topics as well as information about the health services available to the community here in the valley.
